In 1995, I received my Broker's License after passing the Licensure Examination for Brokers given by the Philippine Government.

Real Estate Brokerage gave me the leeway to be a mother first and foremost to four growing-up kids and at the same time earn money on the side. Being a broker fitted me well for I can still supervise my kids and do real estate transactions within the cozy confines of my home-office.

This duality of roles, necessitated that I maintain a manageable number of listings that I can handle. You may notice that I don't carry as much listings of For Sale properties like the others engaged in this field.

This is to ensure for an optimum utilization of time and resources. And it has been proven through the years that I can do both -  be a hands-on mother and be a broker par excellence.
